1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must be free from perfume, stains, makeup, or any signs of wear.

  • Certain items, such as sale items, accessories, undergarments, and custom-made pieces, are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@echonovas.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@echonovas.xyz with photos of the issue. We will provide a free return label and process a full refund or exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to process.

  3. Contact your bank for further assistance. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email info@echonovas.xyz.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
